ww5 Benelux is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Costello as the new General Manager for the Benelux organization, effective Monday, February 2, 2026. Costello joins from ww5 Ireland, where she served as General Manager, bringing valuable leadership experience to her new position.

In her new role, Costello will lead the company’s operations across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. She has already relocated from Ireland to Belgium, underscoring her commitment to being close to the local teams and the market.

As she takes on her new responsibilities, her priority will be to immerse herself in the organization. She plans to listen to the team to understand what is working well, identify areas where ww5 can accelerate, and determine how to further strengthen the company's culture and impact in the region.
