This announcement confirms an expanded renewable electricity agreement with SSE that will link a significant portion of electricity demand across our Irish operations to Mullananalt Wind Farm in Co. Monaghan. The agreement connects advanced medicines manufacturing in Ireland with locally generated renewable power, supporting our sustainability and long-term operational priorities.

Under the contract extension, nearly one fifth of electricity demand across Bristol Myers Squibb’s Cruiserath, Plaza, and Shannon sites will be supplied through a corporate power purchase agreement (CPPA) linked to Mullananalt Wind Farm, located near Latton, Ballybay in Co. Monaghan. The arrangement gives us clearer traceability over part of our electricity supply through a named Irish renewable asset.

Separately, Bristol Myers Squibb Ireland’s current electricity supply agreement through the end of March 2028 ensures that 100% of our electricity demand is matched by Irish Guarantees of Origin (GoOs), backed by renewable generation assets owned and operated by SSE within Ireland. The CPPA accounts for a defined portion of that demand, while the remainder continues to be matched with Irish renewable electricity certificates.
